Meet Erick
Erick Silva is a driven, determined individual who has pursued the American dream since moving from Mexico to Fort Worth, Texas seventeen years ago. Erick began his journey in the restaurant industry as a server, bartender, and assistant manager before becoming a talented real estate agent.
In 2019, Erick graduated from Tarleton State University with a BBA in Management and his passion for understanding and helping people drives him to be an excellent real estate agent. His team has consistently placed in the top three teams nationwide for volume and transactions over the last two years due to his diligent work ethic and commitment to finding clients their dream home.
Erick boasts patience and fluency in Spanish which enables him to easily communicate and explain transitions to Spanish speaking clients. Additionally, his family - comprised of two boys ages five and newborn - motivates him to become a better person each day.

Brad Hutton brings dedication, professionalism, and strong communication skills to his real estate career after an Honorable 5-year service in the United States Marine Corps and a 17-year career as a police officer. As a Realtor with Trinity Group Realty, Brad proudly helps families and individuals find the perfect homes in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
During his law enforcement career, Brad was awarded over 45 commendations for professionalism, teamwork, and community interaction. He received the Chief’s Unit Award for his work in the field training program, where he served as a Field Training Officer for 5 years. Additionally, he was honored with the Physical Fitness Award, Safe Driving Award, Lifesaving Award, and the Rookie of the Year award. These experiences have reinforced Brad's commitment to excellence, which he now brings to real estate.

Outside of work, Brad is a devoted husband of 12 years and a proud father of three. He values a healthy lifestyle, shared family experiences, and has a passion for Harley Davidson motorcycles, which fuels his enthusiasm for life's adventures.
